Can Hypnotherapy Treat Depression if I’m on Anti-Depressants?
Yes, of course. Though some people chose hypnotherapy as a drug-free alternative for improving their mood, it is a complementary therapy which can be used safely in conjunction with most Selective Serotonin Re-uptake Inhibitor (SSRI) forms of anti-depressants and can strengthen and enhance some of the positive effects of those medicines.
Can I Have Hypnotherapy for Depression Online?
Absolutely. If you’re not yet ready to visit the practice, I’m happy to work with you on your hypnotherapy treatment plan online. This is every bit as safe and effective as it would be if we were face-to-face.
During the current COVID-19 pandemic, all hypnotherapy treatments are currently limited to online-only in accordance with the latest advice from the National Council for Hypnotherapy.
